Inside the Performance of Our Full Cycle Deals:

We explored countless real estate opportunities in 2018, 2019 and 2020. In the end, we invested
in over 20 deals. 13 of those investments have already exited, outperforming expectations and
delivering outstanding results to our investors.

Those deals included 11 multifamily properties and two self-storage properties across five different
states: two properties in Florida, two in North Carolina, one in South Carolina, one fund with units inTennessee, and seven in Texas. The median property size was 388 units.
